At MSW Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
* Item is unused and in its original condition.
* Item is returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components.
* Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Customized or personalized products.
* Opened software, digital products, or downloadable items.
* Opened consumable products, including thermal paper rolls, labels, and similar supplies.
* Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Cell Phones, Tablets, and Laptops
* Devices must be removed from all personal accounts and security locks before return.
* IMEI and serial numbers must match our records.
* Opened devices may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
POS Hardware, Printers, and Business Equipment
* POS printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, label printers, and related hardware may be returned within 30 days.
* Opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Items must include all original accessories and packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Photos or video showing the problem
If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or exchange at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us to request an exchange.
